ENSO Rabat review: our verdict
ENSO doesn't venture onto unfamiliar ground: after Casablanca, the house opens its second address in Rabat in September 2026, with the same ambition for crafted Japanese cuisine. Fresh ingredients, plates each with their own personality, precise plating: you are closer to the table where you compose dish after dish than to a conveyor belt of maki rolls.
The dining room plays comfortable elegance, and the service knows how to be present without imposing itself. It's the address for a dinner for two or a business meal that requires a bit of dress, and that of the regulars of the Casablanca house who want to rediscover its codes without taking the highway. It's not for a quick lunch or a plate of sushi served quickly: the place, still brand new, is discovered seated and without rushing.
The best slot: dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7 pm to 11:30 pm; lunch, service from 12 pm to 3 pm. The trap: coming on a Monday, it's closed, or on a Sunday evening, the house only serves lunch, until 4 pm.
