Sanremo review: our verdict
At Sanremo, the room speaks first. The new Tangerine venue, opening in September 2026, has bet on a refined décor and an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed, where you feel invited rather than served. The name evokes the Italian Riviera; the plate, meanwhile, plays the card of fresh produce and precise cuisine, without any dish having yet taken the role of signature.
The real strong point is the service: attentive, professional, capable of following a table from start to finish without ever weighing in. What makes it an address for a dinner for two or a family evening you want to succeed, on Ahmed Chawqui Street. Not for a quick bite: you come to settle in and take your time. Those looking for an establishment refined over years, with its classics that everyone orders, will have to wait a few months.
The good slot: dinner, the kitchen runs without break from noon to 11:30 pm, from Tuesday to Sunday. The trap: arrive on a Monday, the house is closed.
