% Arabica Casablanca

Arabica is a well-known international franchise, so it doesn’t really need an introduction. I ordered a white mocha, which was noticeably milkier than usual. The location is excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant — a comfortable spot that works well for sitting down and getting some work done.

Overpriced coffee. I don’t usually visit coffee chains and prefer local coffee spots or roasteries, though options are limited in Casablanca. There was nothing special about the coffee, and my flat white had a bitter aftertaste. The seating was also very uncomfortable.

Before even stepping inside, %Arabica Casablanca immediately catches the eye — the place is beautifully designed and inviting. Once inside, though, I was a bit surprised to see that the coffee machines and some areas behind the counter could use a better cleaning. Having visited %Arabica in Japan, where everything is spotless, the contrast was noticeable. We ordered our usual drinks, and while the quality wasn’t quite on the same level as Japan, it was still good and enjoyable. At first, the staff member who took our order didn’t seem in the best mood, but the rest of the team quickly made up for it — everyone was kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. The terrace staff were also very friendly and attentive. One more thing worth noting — the restrooms could use a bit more attention. Overall, despite a few details that could be improved, the experience was pleasant. We’ve missed %Arabica, and it still has that unique charm that makes it special.

Great vibe like all the % Arabica cafes worldwide. The coffee was consistent with the usual brew quality. The service was not necessarily the most welcoming, but professional and efficient. I bought a bag of coffee beans, and while it’s great that they roast it fresh and right there, they over-roasted what was supposed to be a medium roast, and the taste at home just wasn’t great, no matter how I tried to dial it in.
