Amazing service at the restaurant. Specially Driss, Karim, Nabik and Soumia. Apart form excellent service, to be a 5 star hotel it lacks a lot: -Spa was not included in the price (when I reserved no indication about that...) and the gym was ultra warm. -Rooms are very good but ultra small for 5 starts... but very well kept, modern and clean. -Location is in the middle of Casablanca close to the port and the infra is chaotic with a lot of noise and bad conserved roads, etc.

The receptionists were really friendly and helpful ( Anas, Madiha and khadija). The concierge were helpful as well . I liked the coffee machine and the cleanness of the room. Small market Marjan is nearby. Its my first time in Morocco but surely not the last, and will stay in Radisson blue Casablanca again.

Radisson Casablanca City Center is a hotel that in no way lives up to the Radisson brand or its claimed 5-star status, and is extremely weak in terms of both service and cleanliness. Moreover, despite being a Radisson Premium member, my experience clearly demonstrated how far this hotel is from both its guests and the values of the brand it represents. During my stay, I was forced to change rooms twice. The first room had a strong and unpleasant toilet odor. In one of the replacement rooms, there were insects, and in another, women’s hair belonging to previous guests. This clearly shows that the hotel’s cleaning and inspection processes are completely out of control. Such conditions in a so-called 5-star hotel are simply disgraceful. Despite cold weather conditions, the heating function of the air conditioning did not work, and no serious or effective solution was offered. The majority of the staff displayed an attitude that was indifferent, arrogant, and far from customer-oriented. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a brand like Radisson. Although dinner service was stated to continue until 22:30, after 22:00 almost every dish inquired about was said to be “finished.” This is nothing more than a deliberate attempt to mislead and brush off guests and constitutes a clear service failure. The problems I experienced at this hotel are not new. In previous stays, I encountered laundry that was claimed to be washed but returned unwashed, as well as shirts damaged during ironing—unacceptable acts of negligence. Experiencing issues during every single stay, and witnessing the hotel reach its lowest point on my most recent visit, is not merely disappointing but genuinely shocking for the Radisson brand. Despite all these negative experiences, I would like to specifically acknowledge Soumia, Mousa, and Khadija. I sincerely thank them for their professional, respectful, and solution-oriented approach. Unfortunately, the efforts of these three individuals alone are not sufficient to compensate for the hotel’s overall poor service quality..

I had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Casablanca! Ms. Chaimaa is the face of this hotel, her welcoming approach, timely responses, and exceptional support made our stay outstanding. She truly goes above and beyond for every guest, making sure all needs are met with genuine care. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality makes every interaction delightful! Ms. Houda also delivered excellent service. Very professional and always ready to help. She is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Oumaima at the front office ensured a smooth check-in and check-out. Her communication was clear, and she was super helpful and kind throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Mohamad, the Food & Beverage Manager humble, polite, and incredibly supportive. His attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. Lastly, Nabil deserves appreciation for always spreading positivity with his warm smile and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu Casablanca team for making our stay memorable. We will definitely return!
