Royal Mansour Casablanca

I attended the Ramadan iftar on the second day of Ramadan at this luxury establishment, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. The service was extremely slow throughout the evening. We waited a long time before being attended to, and the food did not arrive in a timely manner. I ordered the traditional Moroccan soup (harira), which is usually one of the highlights of iftar, but it was not good at all — lacking flavor and warmth. The appetizers also arrived late, which disrupted the natural flow of the meal after breaking the fast. For the main course, I chose the fish meatballs, and they were equally disappointing. They had almost no taste, as if they had been prepared without spices or proper seasoning. For a venue known for luxury and culinary excellence, this was very surprising. Considering the establishment’s strong reputation for quality, refinement, and perfection, I did not expect such a low level of service and food quality, especially during such an important period as Ramadan. That said, the rooftop view is absolutely magnificent, and the decoration is elegant and beautiful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. I truly hope this experience was only due to the early days of Ramadan and that improvements will be made going forward.

Our stay at Royal Mansour Casablanca was simply exceptional!! The kind of experience that stays with you long after you leave. From the moment we landed, we were welcomed with remarkable warmth. Every interaction reflected the high standards of Moroccan hospitality, and a true sense of care. The accommodations are stunning, blending elegance, comfort, and exquisite craftsmanship in a way that feels both luxurious and deeply authentic. The marble that immaculately adorns the walls of Royal Mansour will leave you speechless!!! The Spa was a true sanctuary and one of the highlights of our stay serene, beautifully designed, and profoundly restorative. Dining was equally memorable: a real culinary journey from the rich Moroccan flavours of La Grande Table Marocaine to the refined French cuisine of La Brasserie, where each dish felt thoughtful, creative, and perfectly executed. We also loved the rooftop breakfast, which was as delicious as it was beautifully curated, offering something for every taste in a breathtaking setting. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, whose dedication and professionalism made our time in Casablanca feel truly special. We were proud to show our teens another facet of what Moroccan top-notch luxury looks like! We leave with wonderful memories and every intention of returning.

This was perhaps the best hotel experience I have ever had. My wife and I booked a stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we couldn’t be happier. Everything in the hotel was splendid - the room, the floral decoration, the view of mosque, the breakfast, even the food from room service was simply top notch. The staff - words can’t justify the level of services we received. It’s not an understatement to say that they would attend to any request and make you feel like a king. It’s not very often to feel like getting a bargain after spending thousands of dollars on a hotel stay, but there you go.. We were spoiled and already looking forward to the next stay. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful!

From the very first call, the team was incredibly accommodating — they helped me choose the right massage for my goals and arranged everything smoothly. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere. The lobby is stunning, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The ladies at the spa were especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The massage itself was excellent — high-quality, professional, and exactly what I needed to prepare for my upcoming race. Having travelled extensively, I can honestly say this experience represents the very best of Moroccan hospitality, paired with world-class service and elegance. A truly outstanding experience — the Royal Mansour in Casablanca is a place where luxury meets authenticity. Highly recommended.
