A True Masterclass in Hospitality ! We had an exceptional stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier in December. From arrival to departure, the service was warm, attentive, and effortlessly refined. Othman’s entire team goes above and beyond, anticipating every need with grace and sincerity. A special mention to my personal favorite, Kaoutar, for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail which made my stay unforgettable. Hind was also wonderful, welcoming, attentive, and a true reflection of the Fairmont spirit. The kitchen team was also outstanding, flawless across the board! This experience goes far beyond a beautiful property, it is about a team that takes real pride in excellence. I cannot recommend it highly enough and very much look forward to returning.

We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of our monthlong trip of Morocco. The service was absolutely fantastic. Every employee at the hotel treated us so well and made sure we were comfortable. It was nice having housekeeping come by each evening to make sure we had everything we needed. Mamouad at breakfast was exceptionally kind. That being said, there were a few issues throughout the hotel. As others mentioned, there was a strong sewage smell in one of the wings. The smell became noticeable in our room on the second to last day, so we ended up switching rooms. Additionally, I thought the food could have been way better for the price. We ate at Parisi and Crudo for dinner, and ordered room service. The quality of the food wasn’t there, and it wasn’t as fresh. I felt like I was at a restaurant on a cruise rather than a 5 star luxury hotel. Overall, a great stay, but the sewage smell and food needs to be improved, especially for the high price.

A special mention goes to Miss Nozha, who truly stood out with her kindness and professionalism. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm smile and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression and added so much to our stay. I would also like to express my appreciation for Mr. Hafez, Mr. Yasin, and Miss Ayeh, who were dynamic, full of positive energy, and consistently supportive throughout our visit. Their dedication and enthusiasm contributed greatly to the overall experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, offering not only beautiful surroundings but also an outstanding level of service. I highly recommend the Fairmont Tangier—especially thanks to the amazing team members who make the experience truly unforgettable.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Fairmont Tazi Palace. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay — always attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable for our family. We tried all of the hotel’s restaurants during our stay, and each one was excellent, both in terms of food quality and service. My wife also experienced the spa and was extremely pleased; the facilities and treatments are truly top-tier. Kids also loved the kid club. Overall, this is a great hotel that exceeds expectations in every way. Perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely be returning.
