Notre avis

7.8/10 - Great service, good food. Not quite in the top tiers of fine dining but it was enjoyable nonetheless.

Visited in January 2026. Morocco 🇲🇦, Casablanca. We were looking for a restaurant offering a tasting menu and came across Table 3. The restaurant is small, with only 13 tables, and has a very refined interior — wood accents, rounded lines, dark tones, and an overall atmosphere that clearly sets the tone for fine dining. FOOD: The menu consists of 6 courses plus amuse-bouches. The kitchen concept is European and Mediterranean, built around Moroccan local products. Dinner began with a trio of chef’s snacks. Our clear favorite was the cherry — foie gras mousse inside, incredibly delicate, creamy, and enveloping, with presentation that felt like a form of art on its own. The tuna tartare was also very good, while the small pancake element felt a bit heavy in comparison. This was followed by a sequence of seafood dishes. The salmon tataki was rich and fatty, well complemented by its sauce. Sardines were one of the strongest and most successful dishes — lightly marinated fish paired with a bright, vibrant dressing. The crab dish with black caviar was visually stunning; although slightly rich due to the avocado, the caviar and cucumber added freshness and balance. The shrimp with bisque sauce stood out for its deeply flavored, concentrated sauce, which paired nicely with the tender shrimp, although the shrimp themselves were slightly underseasoned. The meat main course had a delicate, clean meat flavor and was cooked to a perfect doneness. While I usually prefer fattier cuts, this dish was executed correctly and very professionally. The evening ended beautifully with a light yogurt and honey dessert — a clean, elegant finish to a well-structured menu. Wine pairing was also excellent, with special mention to the sommelier for including local Moroccan wines that were genuinely surprising and impressive. SERVICE: Service was outstanding. While service standards in Morocco can sometimes be inconsistent, this restaurant was an exception. Every movement felt precise and well-timed, with a smooth pacing throughout the evening and no unnecessary waiting between courses. VERDICT: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Casablanca and worth every penny. Every detail is thoughtfully considered — from the food and wine to the tableware and service. A restaurant designed for hedonists and for those who truly appreciate refined dining experiences.

‏I have been to many Michelin star restaurants around the world and to be honest not a single one was as memorable as this one. The food was exceptional and the service was off the charts with very experienced and well versed staff. The food was insanely delicious and so elegantly displayed. Every dish was like an art piece and then the flavor and combination was out of this world. This is one of the most unique experiences that you have to try. Bc the dishes are worth every bite.

Truly special. Food is not only highly creative and beautiful, every dish was absolutely amazing. What a find. We loved the lunch menu. It is short, to the point, easy to understand. The welcome was friendly and warm, service was perfectly timed and highly professional throughout our extended lunch. The interior design of rhe restaurant is stunning, seats are comfortable and the show kitchen a jewel. The St. Pierre as well as the Turbot were cooked to perfection and so was every single side dish, from crunchy vegetables to tasty mashed potatoes and delicious gnocchi.
