Noqta Space review: our verdict
In Essaouira, finding reliable wifi and a chair to work at is sometimes a feat. Noqta Space has made this its business: a coworking space doubled as a real restaurant, with an indoor room, a cozy outdoor area, and a lovely view, located in the Bin Al Asswar complex, at the entrance of the medina. People come here to work and stay to eat.
The atmosphere is calm without being austere, ideal for concentrating. The menu is varied, the products fresh, the dishes hearty, and the desserts make for good breaks. The welcome is very kind. For passing remote workers, those staying a week and eventually eating here every day, or for a quiet break between two walks. This is not a lively nightlife spot or a late-night dining place: it closes at 9 pm, and here, noise is not welcome.
The best slot: Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 9 pm; on Sunday, it is closed. The best tip: work in the morning, lunch on the premises, and keep a dessert for the afternoon break.
