Notre avis

The luminous and legendary hotel that is a must stay in Marrakech. Every details is well thought out. Decor feels fresh and luxurious. We also enjoyed their spa and dined at the Moroccan restaurant. At breakfast, my favorite Ispahan croissant is served from the famous pastry chef, Pierre Hermé. There is a boutique shop as well a tea room for the desserts within the hotel. Vast ground with manicured cactus, plants and olive trees. Plenty of dining and drinking outlets. From the moment we stepped in, we are living part of history and feel mesmerized.

The hotel blends stunning architecture with lush gardens, making every corner picture-perfect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and immaculately kept, while the service was flawless—attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. From relaxing at the spa to enjoying the exquisite dining, every moment felt special. Truly an unforgettable experience—I can’t wait to return!

Rating the hair salon only. The hotel decor, smell and furnishings are impeccable and beautifully presented. I booked the hair salon. I expected it to look similar to the hotel in regards to opulence and luxurious style but unfortunately it was very basic looking. It didn’t feel a part of the hotel or feel grand but just a simple salon. The salon’s service and hospitality was excellent. A salon should maintain a feel of pampering and reflect some of the hotel’s high level of decor. Nevertheless the rest of the place was beautiful aesthetically.

What a treat! I have absolutely no negatives for this hotel. The rooms are classic, polished, and clean. The lobby area feels rich with unique art, dim lighting, velvet couches. And there are so many hidden gems! The dessert shop outside on the garden grounds, the dessert and tea room off the lobby, the speakeasy-style bar, the room where celebrities have written letters of appreciation. The ground are incredible and so much larger than I thought! There are walking paths surrounding the whole property. I only got to try one restaurant, the Italian one, under a new Chef and it was incredible (I got the spaghetti and lamb). I also got room service breakfast one morning, which was brought out to my balcony overlooking the gardens. I was taking note of the staff that really impressed me, but it was genuinely everyone and I couldn't keep up! The servers are attentive, the concierge helpful, the doormen inviting, the front desk kind. What a treat, once in a lifetime!
