Villa Dar El Sadaka review: our verdict
On the Bab Atlas side, Dar El Sadaka is the artist Jean-François Fourtou's masterpiece: 11 hectares where architecture, gardens, and contemporary art converse, each room inhabited by his creations. The main villa brings together seven suites and two double rooms, while an annex riad adds a family suite, for a total of 24 guests.
Surrounding it are a 170 m² pool, a hammam and treatment rooms, a fitness room, a tennis court, a pétanque court, and an organic vegetable garden that supplies the kitchen. The stay is self-contained, with dedicated house staff, daily cleaning, concierge services, and breakfast included. It's a venue for a milestone birthday, a family gathering, or a group of art-loving friends who want the house to themselves. The estate has been distinguished three times by Condé Nast Johansens.
Keep in mind: here, you don't drop in on a whim. The villa is rented out entirely, with a minimum stay of three nights, via email reservation, and the gate remains closed to visitors coming for lunch or a simple visit. Rates exceed 47,000 MAD: this is a group project being prepared, not a Sunday outing.
