Beldi Fusion Kitchen Guéliz review: our verdict
A Moroccan breakfast at 10 pm is possible here, and it's the house's best idea. This Beldi Fusion Kitchen address on boulevard Zerktouni goes all out: 800 m² under living walls and rattan chandeliers, brightly coloured chairs, and a menu so long it effortlessly blends Moroccan classics, dishes from elsewhere, and house-made smoothies.
Everything is thought out for families: a game area set far enough away to keep the dining room audible, giant screens, live music, a valet at the door, and complimentary parking. A table of two families can dine late, even in full flow, without the service faltering, and you leave full, desserts included. The kitchen does its job without aiming higher: a chickpea couscous in vegetables or an overly salty tajine have already disappointed. Discerning gourmets and couples seeking quiet will look elsewhere; parents, however, have found their home base.
The good find: the Moroccan breakfast, served from 7 am to 1 am. The catch: the game area is paid, 30 DH per child (as of April 2026), to factor into the outing budget. Faced with such a comprehensive menu, the server's advice saves time.
