Beldi Fusion Kitchen Express review: our verdict
On paper, the formula has everything to recommend it: open from 7 am to midnight on Boulevard Abdelkrim El Khattabi, the Express version of Beldi Fusion Kitchen covers the full Moroccan day. Full breakfast with baghrir and sfenj, chicken lemon tajine at lunch, homemade cheesecake to finish, in a plant-filled room, with terrace and Moroccan music in the background.
In reality, the address is going through a difficult patch. Over the past few months, we waited twenty minutes to place an order in an almost empty room, over an hour for a menu dish, and received incomplete menus, far from the photos, with a baghrir that was no longer fresh. Families still find their account here, children well received, card payment and dispenser at the entrance, and a few loyal customers keep coming back without a complaint. Not for a rushed breakfast before a busy day.
The trap: arrive around noon for breakfast, it's already finished and the menu takes over. For a late dinner in the neighborhood, the operating hours remain its best argument.
