Bô-Zin review: our verdict
The show starts before the meal: just outside the city, on the Ourika side, Bô-Zin has planted a lush garden, between pools, summer lounges and a pergola refreshed by misters, with a modern fireplace for cooler evenings. In the kitchen, the focus is on Asia: dim sum, miso cod, wok, teriyaki salmon, and the bar works on its cocktails just as much as the kitchen on its desserts.
The evening changes with the hours: dinner under dimmed light, then resident DJ, percussionists and sometimes a singer, without preventing conversation on weekdays. Tailored for a birthday, a dinner for two who want a show, or a group that wants to stay out late. The weak point is the entrance: overwhelmed hostesses on rush evenings, tables assigned late despite a confirmed reservation, waiting at the bar without news. Those on a tight budget and the impatient will pass by.
The trap: believing a confirmed reservation guarantees a table on time; on rush evenings, waiting at the bar can go on forever. The right slot: a weekday evening, when the music still leaves room for conversation. Count on at least 800 DH per person with wine (as of November 2025), and a bank imprint is required to book.
