Nouba Marrakech review: our verdict
Plants overflowing everywhere, a stage planted in the middle of the room, and every table in the front row: Nouba has turned its restaurant into a music-hall jungle. The evening unfolds in three acts: an oriental show during the meal, a contemporary dance performance, then a DJ who gets everyone on their feet. On the menu side, Moroccan classics like tajine sit next to Mediterranean and Asian plates, and the bar focuses on house-made cocktails.
The service matches the pace of the show, neither rushed nor dragging, with an attentive floor team. It's made for a girls' night out, a birthday, or one-night visitors determined to dine, watch the show, and finish on the dance floor all in the same place. The kitchen, however, varies from night to night: fine and well-presented sometimes, disappointing at other times, with a tajine still served lukewarm in spring 2026. Those who come out first to eat will find better elsewhere.
The right slot: early evening, to dine during the oriental show, before the DJ turns the room into a dance floor. The trap: judging the evening on the main course; the show remains the real reason to book. Open every evening, from 7 pm to 2 am.
