Le Palace review: our verdict
At 10 p.m., Le Palace changes its skin: the Art Deco room where you dined in peace turns up the volume, and you dance until 2 a.m. Before that, there is dinner, on the ground floor or in the basement, between velvet chairs, low light, and photos of Yves Saint Laurent. At the stove, a French base tinged with Morocco, with its classics: Moroccan oysters, ravioli with foie gras and black truffle, the weeping tiger.
Affluent and international clientele, smiling and attentive service, perfectly executed cocktails: for a chic birthday or a dinner for two that ends on the dance floor, the machinery works. To eat well at a fair price, pass by: some dishes lack balance or taste, and the valet's welcome is not always up to the standard of the room's welcome.
The dish to order: the ravioli, foie gras and black truffle. The trap: the menu, where a tomato salad is listed at 200 DH and where a dinner for two, ceviche, veal liver, two glasses of wine and a dessert, reaches 1,200 DH (recorded in June 2026). The good slot: dinner from 7 p.m., on the ground floor, before the music covers the conversations.
