Mövenpick Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech review: our verdict
Foot massages are offered by the poolside, a detail that sums up the Mansour Eddahbi quite well. This large hotel in Hivernage, a direct neighbour of the Palais des Congrès, distributes its rooms across several buildings around the gardens and pool, while the Cinq Mondes spa takes over for more intensive treatments. People come here to check in and not move again.
The stay relies mainly on the team: attentive housekeeping staff, rooms meticulously made up, requests handled without delay, and a public relations team that responds quickly. Children have their own facilities and activities, making it a convenient base for family holidays; a couple will also find their account for a pool and spa weekend. Less so for those seeking the charm of a guest house or the buzz of the medina at the foot of their room: you are in a large complex on Mohammed VI Boulevard, organised, efficient, and without surprises.
The good tip: book a treatment at the Cinq Mondes spa, or a massage by the water, to enjoy the venue without leaving the pool. The trap: falling on a day of a salon or conference at the neighbouring Palais des Congrès, which brings crowds; check its calendar before booking if you value calm.
